An "ikat" patterned trompe l’oeil soccer jersey, laser-engraved onto dark Japanese denim and cut into a padded puffer vest.

I built this vest around two references I’ve always loved: ikat (African warp-ikat & Japanese kasuri) and the soccer jerseys I grew up playing in. I created my own ikat pattern, then used laser engraving — a dry process used in denim treatment to place that ikat-patterned soccer jersey onto denim. It’s my way of blending sport, craft, and denim treatments into our signature puffer vest.

XS & 2XL are made to order only. Please be aware these sizes follow a pre-order timeline and ship later than S, M, L, XL. Must contact me using the contact form to place an order for XS or 2XL

Soccer jersey & Ikat pattern: The trompe l’oeil jersey artwork is scaled for each size, so proportions of the jersey image & ikat pattern increase slightly from XS–2XL. Each laser engraved denim panel is cut by hand, so small variations in placement are part of the process.

Puffer vest fit: This vest has an over-sized fit by design. If you want that standard over-sized look, order your usual size. If you prefer an exaggerated, extra-roomy silhouette, size up. *See size chart below.*

Denim & indigo: Our denim is dyed with indigo & as with anything indigo dyed, you might get minimal color transfer on light surfaces or accessories.
