SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Origin: All orders ship from Chicago, Illinois.

Where We Ship: United States & Canada only. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

Carrier: All orders ship via UPS.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

Fulfillment Timelines:

Standard sizes (S–XL): Ships in 7–10 business days. Orders may ship earlier depending on workflow.

Made-to-order sizes (XS & 2XL): Ships in 3–4 weeks. These sizes are cut and produced after the order is placed.

Order Changes & Custom Requests: I do not accept customization, design tweaks, or alterations of any kind. All pieces are sold as-is.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All Sales Are Final

Due to small-batch production and hand-cut panels, all vests are final sale.

No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your vest arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.

• If the issue is determined to be on my end, I will work with you on a resolution.

• If the issue is carrier-related, a UPS claim will be filed. Replacement is not guaranteed and depends on the outcome of the claim.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once UPS marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

A UPS claim can be filed, but I cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement unless UPS approves the claim.

Fit Issues

Because all vests are final sale, please review the size chart provided in the description of the vest carefully before purchasing.
